#### Bugfix:

* Fixed issue which prevented to have multiple runtime data libraries in the same folder when using custom folder for runtime library.

* Runtime library guid is now stored to the initial data library and assigned back to a newly generated runtime library to make sure it works with version control systems. (Initial Data Library not being marked as changed when adding external runtime library.)
